Social Workers' Office

   We strive to provide specialized professional services in the social field and to support and empower female students socially and academically.
Our services: Providing social care for female students, and contributing to creating a safe and stimulating university environment that helps in academic and social growth in order to achieve university and personal harmony for the student.
Our team: Social workers specializing in social work.
Our tasks:

-   Social sphere:
•    Receiving emergency social cases.
•    Receiving excuses from female students (marriage, death, absence with an excuse).
•    Individual consultations for social problems.
•    Follow up on appointments for consultation clinics.
•    Referring cases (psychological, medical, health, educational) to the relevant authorities.
•    Contributing to prevention and social awareness programs.
  Academic and educational field:
•    Collaborating with academic advisors and faculty members to identify the causes of academic difficulties and develop appropriate remedial plans.
•    Monitoring absences and dropouts from studies and working to reduce cases of university dropout.
•    Helping female students organize their time and equipping them with self-learning and group learning skills through group therapy sessions.
-   The educational and cultural field:
•    Preparing and implementing awareness programs and workshops in the fields of (self-development - university behavior - communication skills - stress management).
•    Participating in student activities that contribute to developing the student's personality and strengthening her sense of belonging to the university).
•    Spreading a culture of respect, responsibility, and commitment within the university campus.
-   Administrative and organizational field:
•    Preparing periodic reports on social cases, activities implemented, and results achieved.
•    Maintaining student records and files in an (organized and confidential) manner.
•    Developing annual plans for the Social Workers Office that are in line with the university’s objectives.
