Unit tasks

  • Planning and contributing to the implementation of improvement and development projects within the college.

  • Identifying and determining the training needs of students and staff.

  • Serving as a liaison between the Deanship of Skills Development and training providers.

  • Distributing and nominating training programs and courses received from within and outside the university.

  • Requesting training courses from the Deanship of Skills Development and other training providers.

  • Conducting workshops and training courses.

  • Establishing working relationships and partnerships with relevant entities.

  • Submitting periodic and annual reports to the Vice Dean for Development and Quality.

  • Performing any other tasks assigned to the unit.
