King Salman Social Center Workshops

As an initiative from the Community Service Committee at the Department of English Language and Literature, two workshops were offered at King Salman Social Center to enhance the role of the Department in serving the community.

How to Develop Your English Workshop

The first workshop presented at King Salman Social Center targeted the elderly and was performed by Dr. Laila Alekrish. In the workshop, Dr. Alekrish worked on the basic skills for speaking English and using the most common vocabulary in English.

Useful Phrases for Everyday English

The second workshop presented at King Salman Social Center was by Dr. Najla Aldughaim. Dr. Aldughaim presented some useful phrases and dialogues for everyday English.
